New beds, plant replacement, redesign, and installation work are not automatically part of weekly maintenance.
Drainage and Grading
Standing water, drainage correction, grading, and lawn leveling are separate site problems and are not included in routine recurring maintenance.
Large Cleanup Work
A property with heavy debris, dense weeds, invasive growth, or long term neglect may need a separate reset before recurring maintenance begins.
Mulch Installation
Mulch installation is a separate service. Weekly maintenance can help preserve maintained beds after installation, but new mulch is not automatically included.
