Evo Premium Package Information

Keep your property looking clean, cared for, and occupied — without the hassle. Our Evo Starter package covers all the essentials to maintain a professional appearance throughout the growing season.

This plan includes:

  • Weekly lawn mowing

  • Edging along sidewalks, curbs, and driveway

  • String trimming around fences, posts, and flower beds

  • Blowing grass clippings off hard surfaces and back into the turf

  • Weed removal by hand/spraying from mulch and garden beds

  • Fertilizer Program (5 applications x season): pre-emergent, weed and feed, late spring/summer, grub control and winter last application.

  • Lawn Weed Spraying: We will do blanket spray and spot spraying on lawn to get rid of all weeds on lawn.

  • Leaf Removal during fall we will blow all garden beds and all leaves from lawn and haul them away.

1. 🌿 Weed Removal From Beds

Please Note: Weed removal from mulch and garden beds is performed on a maintenance basis. While we pull or spray weeds during each visit, beds will not be weed-free overnight. Full weed elimination takes time and consistency. If you're looking for immediate results, we recommend starting with a one-time bed clean-up service.

2. 🌱 Lawn Weed Control

Please Note: While we provide lawn weed control applications with the Evo Premium plan, results are not guaranteed in a single season. The effectiveness of weed control depends on several factors including current lawn health, weed infestation level, soil conditions, weather, and homeowner lawn care habits (such as proper watering and mowing). Complete weed eradication is a gradual process—not an overnight fix.

3. 🍂 Leaf Removal

Please Note: During peak leaf season (October–November), we reserve the right to adjust your service schedule as needed. Some properties may require extra time due to heavy leaf accumulation, which can affect our daily route timing. We’ll always provide advance notice of any schedule changes and do our best to keep your service timely and consistent.
